1. Engagement of Services
By engaging Chromaly Consulting for leadership development, organizational coaching, or strategic consulting, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These terms govern the professional relationship between Chromaly Consulting ("the Consultant") and the client ("the Client").
Our services are designed to provide professional guidance and tools for organizational growth. While we strive for transformative results, the implementation and ultimate success of recommended strategies depend on the Client's active participation and execution.
2. Professional Fees & Payments
All fees for workshops, coaching sessions, and consulting projects will be clearly outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). Payment terms are typically 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments remain outstanding beyond the agreed timeframe.
3. Confidentiality & Privacy
Chromaly Consulting maintains the highest standards of professional discretion. All proprietary business information, team data, and individual coaching conversations are treated as strictly confidential. For more details on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during workshops or coaching, including frameworks, worksheets, and presentation slide decks, remain the intellectual property of Chromaly Consulting. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for internal organizational purposes only.
5. Limitation of Liability
Chromaly Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the advice provided. Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Northern Ireland.
